Ryan Giggs on facing Mark Hughes

Manchester United legend Mark Hughes will set a stern test for the Reds this weekend, according to his former team-mate Ryan Giggs.

Queens Park Rangers will be the fourth club to come to Old Trafford under Sparky's stewardship, after previous visits with Blackburn Rovers, Manchester City and Fulham. So while facing United away may be a new experience for some of the QPR players, Giggs warns their gaffer has gained enough knowledge to represent a threat to the Reds.

With a national team on the rise and a Swansea side entertaining the Premier League, Wales has had plenty to feel proud of recently.

Greatest Wales XI revealed

GARY SPEED doesn’t need to give a team talk this week.

The message is clear: you are privileged to be joining an extraordinary institution from which some of the world's greatest footballers have graduated.

Hughes offers Giggs advice

Mark Hughes has revealed he would recommend accepting an offer to coach Wales to his former Manchester United team-mate Ryan Giggs.

John Toshack's departure on Thursday following Wales' losing start to the Euro 2012 qualifiers has led to suggestions Giggs could be a candidate for the job.
